Set Up
Friday, 11a.m. - 1p.m.
Four to six people for two hours
Stake artists and food vendor spots. Put up tents. Distribute
garbage cans. Shuttle things from Lafayette.
Artist Check In
Friday, 1p.m. - 8p.m.
Two to three people for two hour shifts
Sign in artists. Distribute materials. Point out spots
and routes to get to them. Keep track of who has arrived.
Greeters
Saturday and Sunday, 10a.m. - 5p.m.
Two hour shifts. Three people per shift.
Meet people at the entrance. Hand out a guide, answer
questions and sell t-shirts.
Booth Sitters
Saturday and Sunday, 10a.m. - 5p.m.
Two hour shifts. Three people per shift.
Walk through the fair. Check on artists and ask if you
can assist them while booth sitting while they take
a restroom or lunch break.
Children's Make and Take
Saturday and Sunday, 10a.m. - 5p.m.
Two hour shifts. One or two people per shift.
Assist children making art. Give ideas. Organize and
replenish supplies.
Clean Up
Sunday, 5p.m.-7p.m
One two hour shift. As many people we can get!
Pick up garbage. Dump garbage cans. Shuttle things back
to Lafayette. Take down tents and signs.
