You are invited to submit an application
to occupy a food concession at the 2009 Park Point Art
Fair. The total vendor fee is $500. Space availability
limits the number of food vendors to six. Because it
is important to offer a variety of food items the final
selection of vendors is made by a committee by April
10th. You will be notified of the selection at that
time.
Please observe the
following deadlines:
March 31—Initial
applications due.
April 10—
Applicants notified of committee selection.
May 1—
$200 deposit and final information due. (if you miss
this deadline you forfeit your spot to next in line)
June 1—
Remaining $225, along with a copy of operating license
due.
Cancellation Policy—
100% prior to June 1, 50% prior to June 20 when accompanied
by a letter explaining circumstances.
If you were not chosen by the committee in the past
please consider applying again next year. Providing
as broad a selection as possible, given our seven vendor
space limitation remains our primary goal. Changing
things a little from year to year guarantees our offerings
remain interesting and gives others a chance. We do
also appreciate return vendors loyalty to our event.
We hope you will apply again next year. There are many
fine food vendors and we appreciate your interest. This
year saw quite a large number of applicants. There are
always openings for new spots from year to year.

DEADLINE: March 1, 2010
You will be notified of your acceptance in writing by
April 10thh or sooner. The FEE for the two day event
is $500 due upon acceptance.
June 26th and 27th, 2010
Saturday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
(setup: Friday afternoon from 3 - 5 p.m.)
