I have been an artist for the past
33 years. I first started my art and craft when I
lived in Hawaii. I have taught welded sculpture and bronze
casting at the Santa Barbara City College for a couple
years. I presently work in copper and brass,
and all of my work is done by myself, either hand shaped
or welded. Most of my artwork is kinetic or free standing
in the garden like my 7 foot sunflowers. Sculptures are
copper/brass; each one is hand-shaped and include pieces
such as 6-foot-tall sunflowers, kinetic sculptures, and
water fountains that feature all natural color caused
by heat or natural patinas from salty bathings.
